i decided that now is the time to move bennett to one nap.  he went to mothers day out twice this week (they had an opening yesterday) and after one nap monday, then one nap tuesday, then one nap wednesday, then MDO and one THREE HOUR nap thursday, i decided it might just be time.  so, to pass the time, and since it was so beautiful outside this morning, we joined erin and jack schwant at lavretta park for some fun.  there were a bazillion kids there, and it took bennett awhile to warm up to everything.  after a couple minutes, though, he was running from slide to slide, climbing up the forts, climbing up the slides (and falling and biting his lip poor guy) and loving it all.  we must have played for over an hour before it was time to go eat lunch and NAP.

laney hayes and her two cuties met us to play, too, and it was fun to catch up.  

after leaving the park, bennett was about to pass out and was filthy.  i loved it.

we ate lunch and now he is sleeping soundly, hopefully for a few hours...

the azaleas are in bloom, the weather is pleasant, my baby is sleeping, and when he wakes up we are going to steelwood for the night - it is indeed a good friday.  hope yours is too!
