Ooops! 29 weeks

From Pregnancyweekly.com:
"Your baby is now about 16.7 inches from head to toe, and weighs about 2.7 pounds. He or she continues to be active and grow; however, you may be feeling fewer kicks and punches. This is because even though your baby is getting larger and stronger, he or she also has less space in which to gain momentum for these movements. Your baby's blood is now being produced from the stem cells in its bone marrow."

From Babycenter.com:
"Your baby now weighs about 2 1/2 pounds (like a butternut squash) and is a tad over 15 inches long from head to heel. His muscles and lungs are continuing to mature, and his head is growing bigger to make room for his developing brain. To meet his increasing nutritional demands, you'll need plenty of protein, vitamins C, folic acid, and iron. And because his bones are soaking up lots of calcium, be sure to drink your milk (or find another good source of calcium, such as cheese, yogurt, or enriched orange juice). This trimester, about 250 milligrams of calcium are deposited in your baby's hardening skeleton each day."

From ivillage.com:
"Welcome to your third trimester. Aches and pains may become bothersome as your uterus grows and the joints of the pelvis begin to loosen in preparation for delivery. Your baby may be up all night and asleep all day. This may mean less uninterrupted snooze time for you during the next 11 weeks, but doesn't necessarily mean your baby will be a night owl after birth. Your baby now weighs two pounds, nine ounces and is 13 1/2 inches long. The crown-to-rump measurement, which may be slightly more accurate than length estimates, is about 26 centimeters."

From Natalie's mind:
-"...weighs about 2.7 pounds" : ummmm NOPE! try 3 and some change - and that was LAST week
-"...his head is growing bigger to make room for his developing brain." : ooooh boy its getting BIGGER
-"...his bones are soaking up lots of calcium..." : does this mean those first-trimester-calcium-deficiency-caused eye twitches are coming back????
-"...you may be feeling fewer kicks and punches..." : true, but now he just presses his head against my empty bladder for 5 minutes at a time so that all of a sudden i REALLY HAVE TO GO, or slides his bottom up under my right rib cage for a day, or pushes back with his right elbow so that i have a mountain of elbow right next to my belly button. squirmy little fellow
-"Aches and pains may become bothersome..." : welllllllll dont want to complain BUT...ouch!
