Babies Babies everywhere!

I just love all these babies everywhere - makes me even more excited about Bennett! Stephen and I got to meet little Drew Prati (mentioned in an earlier post) last week. There is a great oak tree between the Prati's house and our house in the front yard. They have a little swing and some Adirondack chairs out there. Its such a nice place to sit and visit. I got to hold Drew, which was fantastic - I dont think I have held a baby since Ive been pregnant? My belly proved to be a great 'shelf' and aided in the holding :)



Also, while working in Montgomery last week, I got to visit with Kelly and Tyler (and Addison!) Tullis. Addison looked fantastic and is one cute little girl. Baby and momma are doing great, and I hate that I forgot to take pictures! Very unlike me. Congrats to Kelly and Tyler again, you are both going to be (and already are) wonderful parents! Stephen was quite jealous that I got to see all of you and he didn't. :) Hopefully we both can make it up there soon.

Some of our other close family friends, Mellissa and Lance Pennington, welcomed Robert Graham Pennington (called Graham) this month as well. Mellissa babysat for my sisters and I when we were younger, but I always saw Mellissa as more of a big sister than just a 'babysitter.' They live in Pensacola and we have not been able to meet little Graham yet, but he is another handsome little man and we will definitely have to get together for a playdate or something after Bennett is born!

I have been having baby dreams now - I knew they would probably start soon. I have had baby dreams throughout the pregnancy, but they always just included babies, not Bennett in particular. The baby anxiety dreams are the ones Im talking about now. These new dreams are all dreams about Bennett and parenting - like what he looks like, forgetting to feed him, or not knowing how, or going somewhere and forgetting the baby, etc.etc. In one last night he was all of a sudden around 17 and my friends Mandy and Kat were just meeting him for the first time at a Krystals restaurant (random?!) and he had dyed his hair black and had pink and yellow stripes in the front. I spent the entire dream acting like I didnt notice it while Kat and Mandy kept asking me where baby Bennett was. Hmmmmm. Psychoanalyze that one for me....
