Update on Baby Addison

Kelly called on Sunday, so I was finally able to wish new mommy and daddy congrats! Addison is healthy, with no serious underdevelopment problems they know of. She just needs to gain some weight! She weighed 3lbs 4 oz at birth, but then dropped down to below 3lbs in the days following. Yesterday, she weighed 2lbs 15 oz. She is still gaining weight, and they just have to wait until she weighs around 4lbs 8 oz to go home (which may be in a couple weeks?). Kelly and Tyler are good - just exhausted! Kelly was thinking she might be able to go home today, which is a bit bittersweet, since she doesn't want to leave Addison at the hospital! At least the hospital is right around the corner from their house, so frequent trips can be made. Please continue to keep Baby Addison and her family in your prayers!
