Video Saga Continued

Grrrr

I just spent all of my "free time" today copying every single individual video from my camera to my work desk top computer (since the software doesnt work with Vista which is on my laptop...grrr again to vista). And of course, it didnt work. It appears that after the computer they gave me originally crashed, then the second one crashed and had to have the Motherboard and Processor replaced, I then seem to have a faulty video card. Grrr

Will it stop? Ever? Will I ever be able to get my video off this dang camera and onto the computer? Since when did 2004 software become "outdated"?????????
