Stephen's and my friends from Montgomery, Kelly and Tyler Tullis, are pregnant with their first baby, a little girl named Addison. Kelly was admitted to the hospital yesterday due to high blood pressure, and her water broke and contractions began! Little Addison was due in October, but it appears she is ready to meet her mommy and daddy in person now! They are expecting the baby tomorrow, but you never know when little Addison will choose to make her grand appearance. Please keep them in your prayers and pray for a safe delivery for both mommy and baby. Kelly and Tyler will be great parents and we can't wait to meet little Addison soon!

Well we are now 22 weeks and feeling great. The snoogle has greatly improved the quality of my sleep, except that I am beginning to experience more frequented trips to the restroom at night, thanks to this growing boy. I had a nice little reprieve for a couple months, but it looks like its starting all over again. No problem though! Im up for anything if it means our baby is growing and healthy and thriving.
Just a bit of news: After much discussion, thought, and trial and error, Stephen and I have decided what we are naming our little baby! No, we do not plan on keeping it a secret, but I do want to talk to Stephen about it before I announce it on the blog! So keep checking in and Baby Roe will be named officially on the blog shortly. :)
Below is an excerpt from Babycenter.com (again, I second guess the accuracy of the length and weight estimates, since the doctor estimated he was 10 ounces 4 weeks ago!):
"Your baby now looks like a miniature newborn, checking in at 10.9 inches and almost 1 pound. Her skin will continue to appear wrinkled until she gains enough weight to fill it out, and the fine hair (lanugo) that covers her head and body is now visible. Her lips are becoming more distinct, and the first signs of teeth are appearing as buds beneath her gum line. Her eyes are developed, though the iris (the colored part of the eye) still lacks pigment. Eyelids and eyebrows are in place, and her pancreas, essential for hormone production, is developing steadily."
